Production and Testing Procedure

1. Once the order is confirmed, we prepare RTP powder according to customer specifications using our wet-grinding machine.

2. Before mass production, trial pressing and sintering are conducted to check the dimensions and appearance of the samples.

3. The bulk production process involves pressing raw materials into blanks, which undergo semi-finished inspections.

4. The blanks are sintered to reach the finished product stage, ensuring quality through our advanced vacuum sintering furnaces.

Packing and Delivery

As depicted in the attached images, steps include:

• Cleaning the product before packing.
• Wrapping tungsten carbide cutter blades in protective paper and placing them into small cartons.
• Sealing the cartons with packaging tape.
• Delivery options include DHL, TNT, UPS, and others.
